Job summary

You will work closely with Sales, Finance and IT to keep processes running smoothly, build strong relationships, and ensure prompt resolution of issues, refunds or exchanges while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Matric and a valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to manage customer queries, orders and complaints to resolution in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-sufficient and able to operate independently across geographies.
• Experience in high-growth organisations where processes are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain customer accounts and profiles on the admin website.
• Assist with the placement of orders, refunds and exchanges, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution with follow-up.
• Advise customers on available products and services, suggesting additional information where relevant.
• Manage inbound customer calls and prepare product or service reports to support sales and customer service.
