Job summary

Time Personnel in Somerset West is seeking an organised Internal Sales Administrator to manage customer enquiries, process quotations and support the sales team. You will maintain CRM records, follow up on leads via email and WhatsApp, and ensure accurate order processing in HubSpot and Omni Accounts.

Fluent Afrikaans and English, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential as you build relationships and help convert inquiries into orders.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential.
• Experience quoting clients accurately is preferred.
• HubSpot and Omni Accounts experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Afrikaans and English.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product and service information and solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to preserve relationships.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Maintain CRM activities on HubSpot, track opportunities and follow up leads within timeframes.
• Follow up on quotations to convert into confirmed orders and coordinate with internal teams.
