Placements24 is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business development in the Benoni region and surrounding Gauteng. The role blends field visits with remote planning, requiring regular travel to client sites and strong technical and communication skills to close B2B deals.

You will identify prospects, assess production needs, and present tailored solutions while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in industrial manufacturing or related sectors.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and hold a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads in the industrial manufacturing sector.
• Conduct needs assessments to match client requirements with products.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to win new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to close.
