Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Pipedrive.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales leads within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Update and manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide market feedback to management to inform strategic decisions.
