Placements24 is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative based in Benoni to drive growth across Gauteng. You will manage a defined territory, engage with industrial clients, and deliver effective consumables solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a readiness to travel. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with CRM (HubSpot) and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven field sales experience in industrial consumables or related B2B sectors.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on industrial clients in and around Benoni.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions and technical support.
• Conduct regular sales visits and product demonstrations to potential and current clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for increased business.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market intelligence.
