Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years industrial engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
• Proficient in process analysis, data collection, and basic statistics.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.
• Design and implement improved layouts and workflows.
• Conduct time studies and motion analyses for labor optimization.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor trends.
