• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial engineering with a focus on manufacturing process improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and optimize production line layouts and workflows to enhance efficiency and throughput.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for manufacturing operations.
• Work with production teams to implement process changes, provide training, and ensure successful adoption.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to management.
• Ensure all process improvements comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities.
• Contribute to fostering a continuous improvement mindset throughout the manufacturing department.
