Qualifikationen

• 1 year of international retention and upselling experience.
• B2 English level with strong email writing skills and computer literacy.
• Criminal and credit record must be clean.
• References from the last 2 years of employment available.
• Regulatory awareness including familiarity with FCA regulations.
• Flexible to work shift patterns.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound sales calls and guide customers through purchasing new policies.
• Manage queries from existing policyholders, including amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Deliver personalised conversations by adapting your approach to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
• Support growth ambitions within Home Protect by meeting service and quality standards.
