Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town is hiring a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join an internationally innovative campaign with a base salary of R8000. You will handle inbound sales calls and queries from policyholders, delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role is on-site at our Cape Town office. Requirements include Grade 12, 12 months in an international call centre or 6 months in insurance, and strong English communication with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• 12 months in an international Call Centre OR 6 months in the Insurance Industry.
• Minimum B2 English (email writing and computer literacy).
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Ability to provide references from the last 2 years.
• Regulatory awareness, familiarity with FCA regulations.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, guiding customers through the full end-to-end process of purchasing new policies.
• Manage queries from existing policyholders, including policy amendments, renewals and cancellations.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Deliver personalised conversations by adapting your approach to individual customer needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
• Support growth ambitions within Home Protect by consistently meeting service and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and leaders to maintain a customer-focused, high-performing team environment.
