Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Sales Advisor in Cape Town for on-site work. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers across policy enquiries and guiding them through the end-to-end process of purchasing new policies.

The position offers a base salary of R8,000 with additional benefits and opportunities for growth within Home Protect. Applicants should have a minimum Grade 12, at least 1 year of international retention/upselling

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
• 1 year of international retention and upselling experience.
• Minimum B2 English language level, strong email writing skills, and computer literacy.
• A clear criminal and credit record and ability to provide references from the last 2 years of employment.
• Regulatory awareness, including familiarity with FCA regulations.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound sales calls, guiding customers through the full end-to-end process of purchasing new policies.
• Manage queries from existing policyholders, including policy amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Deliver personalised conversations by adapting your approach to individual customer needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
• Support growth ambitions within Home Protect by meeting service and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and leaders to maintain a customer-focused, high-performing team environment.
