Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of international call centre experience (customer service, sales or chat/email) – essential.
• Fluent in German – essential.
• Pass Grade 12 – essential.
• Clear credit and criminal record – essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer experiences at all times.
• Verify and update customer information.
• Proactively offer solutions to any issues or concerns customers might face.
• Exhibit outstanding administrative skills covering planning, organization and management.
• Own the customer experience and follow-through.

Conhecimentos

International call centre experience

Fluency in German

Experience in travel, e‑commerce, retail and fintech

Ability to work shifts in a 24-hour environment
