Job summary

Clicks Group in Gauteng is seeking a Service Advisor at a Clicks Store to deliver fast, friendly customer service and manage POS operations. You will also oversee stock and cash controls, housekeeping, and admin duties to support store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing retail environment with numeracy and stock management capabilities, aligned with the company’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths and English (Desirable).
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Numeracy and stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure effective and safe management of stock and cash, minimising shrinkage.
• Train and supervise shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure sufficient staffing in line with work schedule, policies and labour legislation.
• Resolve customer queries promptly according to company policies.
• Promote Clicks Clubcard to achieve clubcard participation targets.
• Maintain stock security and compliance with administrative duties.
