Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Gansbaai seeks a Hybrid Sales Consultant to source, pitch and close armed monitoring and response agreements for new customers. You will also promote upgrades to alarm systems, CCTV, and related hardware, while aiming to exceed monthly sales targets.

The role requires proven sales ability, knowledge of security equipment, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and PSIRA Grade C. Strong communication, negotiation and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record in sales (preferably capital goods sales).
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS/DSC alarm systems is advantageous.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close self-sourced deals.
• Follow up on all leads received internally.
• Sell security solutions to new and existing clients.
• Create solid and long-standing relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, etc.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets.
• Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales.
