Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, event coordination, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (on-site + remote).
• Knowledge of Sandton events and business landscape is advantageous.
• High school diploma required; a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in prospecting and generating leads for corporate events, weddings, and banquets.
• Respond to sales and event inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate site inspections and client meetings, on-site and virtually.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders).
• Liaise with clients to ensure all requirements are met throughout planning.
• Coordinate with catering, AV, and banqueting for smooth event delivery.
• Assist with on-site event management, troubleshooting, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales and event records in the CRM system.
• Support the Sales and Events Manager with administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
