You will manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in event planning, catering coordination, or event management.
• Experience with luxury/high-profile events preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of catering events from client consultation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Create timelines, budgets, and logistics ensuring coordination across teams.
