• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with luxury/high-end events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute luxury events including corporate functions, social gatherings, and brand activations.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors such as caterers, decorators, entertainers and AV providers.
• Develop detailed event budgets and manage expenditures to ensure profitability.
• Create event timelines and manage all logistical aspects from start to finish.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure all requirements are met.
• Develop concepts and themes aligned with luxury standards.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
