Placements24 in Sandton is seeking a motivated Banquet & Events Sales Executive to drive new business, manage client relationships, and present event packages to prospective clients.

You will negotiate contracts, collaborate with the events team for flawless execution, and leverage CRM and MS Office to manage a healthy sales pipeline while contributing to the venue's reputation as a premier event destination.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales within hospitality or events.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with event planning or banquet operations is a plus.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue leads and generate new business for banquets and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners and stakeholders.
• Conduct venue tours and present event packages to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure bookings and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booked events.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
