You will handle inquiries, process reservations, upsell services, and liaise with hotel teams to ensure a smooth experience. Strong typing, organizational skills, and knowledge of reservation software are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or similar role.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation software and general office applications.
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the reservation system.
