Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, customer service, or related hospitality field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
• Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for bookings.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid office/remote setting.
• Customer-centric approach and passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process room reservations via phone, email, and online channels accurately.
• Provide guests with details on room types, rates, availability, and amenities.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue and bookings.
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests per policies.
• Maintain guest records in the PMS and ensure data accuracy.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve booking issues professionally.
