Job summary

Placements24 in Benoni is seeking a meticulous Reservations Agent to manage bookings and inquiries for its properties. You will handle reservations across channels, provide information on rates, and ensure accuracy from first contact to confirmation.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-centric approach. You will work with PMS and OTAs, coordinate with front desk and housekeeping, and look for opportunities to upsell services and packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Enter and manage guest reservations in the PMS.
• Provide information on room availability, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and cancellations according to hotel policy.
• Upsell additional services and packages to enhance the guest booking experience.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
