Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, catering operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management software.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Hybrid work experience is advantageous.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pretoria, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule catering events across client locations in the region.
• Liaise with clients to confirm event details and dietary requirements.
• Communicate with catering teams for timely preparation and delivery.
• Monitor on-site event execution for quality and hygiene.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Troubleshoot issues during events and resolve promptly.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback.
• Maintain records of event details and client communications.
• Support the Catering Manager with daily operations and admin duties.
