Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role within catering or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event planning principles, logistics and budget management.
• Excellent client-facing communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of catering events, from client inquiries to successful completion.
• Develop detailed event proposals, including menus, timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, service teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.
• Conduct site visits and venue inspections to ensure suitability and plan event layouts.
• Oversee event setup, service execution, and breakdown, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
