Qualifications

• Proven experience as Catering Coordinator, Event Planner, or similar role in events/hospitality.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, food and beverage service, and event logistics.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
• Hybrid work arrangement and flexible hours to accommodate events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding catering arrangements for their events.
• Coordinate all aspects of event catering, including menu selection, beverage service, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Develop and manage event catering budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to client parameters.
• Liaise with venue staff and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution and coordination.
• Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings with clients to finalize details and address requirements.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of catering services on event days, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Manage catering staff schedules and provide on-site supervision during events.
