Qualifications

• Experience in catering management or events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site duties.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee catering staff during events to ensure seamless service.
• Manage event logistics including menu finalization, equipment, and timelines.
• Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to discuss requirements.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and costing for profitability.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock levels for equipment and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Support training and development of catering team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during events.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, client feedback, and costs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of catering processes.
