Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Professional registration (e.g., Pr.CPM, Pr.Eng) is desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and progress reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth progression.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings regularly.
• Manage contract administration and procurement for project services and materials.
