Formación

Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive real estate development experience, with large-scale projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion with strong ROI focus.
Experience in site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, and construction oversight.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead large-scale real estate development from feasibility to handover.
Develop strategies aligned with market opportunities and Stellenbosch objectives.
Oversee budgeting, financial modeling, and securing project financing.
Manage relationships with investors, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and building codes.
Mentor development teams and foster innovation.
