About the Role

Our client, a leading property development and management firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to oversee significant development projects in and around Stellenbosch, Western Cape . This role is pivotal in ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and handover. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management or civil engineering, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a dynamic role offering the chance to work on diverse and impactful projects within a beautiful and growing region. We are looking for a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks to achieve project success. Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex building projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in South Africa .
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
