You will drive value, mentor teams, coordinate with architects and consultants, manage budgets, and ensure zoning and environmental compliance. A strong SA real estate network is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a real estate/urban planning/engineering/architecture/finance field.
• Master's degree preferred for higher leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 10 years in real estate development with a strong project portfolio.
• Experience with zoning laws, Western Cape, and environmental permitting.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of development projects from site selection to handover.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Secure permits, approvals, and project financing.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Develop and manage budgets; ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee construction quality, safety, and compliance.
• Navigate zoning laws and environmental assessments.
• Source land acquisitions and partnerships.
