Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Developer Project Manager to oversee projects in Klerksdorp, North West. This senior role covers site acquisition, planning, construction, and handover, with leadership across diverse teams in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate development, solid financial management and strong negotiation abilities, plus proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive real estate development project management experience.
• Proven track record managing large residential/commercial/mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of real estate development projects from site acquisition to handover.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and site assessments for opportunities.
• Oversee land/property acquisition, due diligence and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants through the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning and environmental laws.
• Manage relationships with investors, government agencies and communities.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues during development.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts for completed developments.
