Qualificações

• 8+ years in real estate development project management.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, urban planning and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial modelling tools.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid capacity with on-site presence in Sandton.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of real estate development projects, including feasibility studies, land acquisition, zoning, and permitting.
• Oversee design and construction phases, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability and profitability.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely project launches and sell-through.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to market, finance, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws and environmental regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, consultants and stakeholders.
