Placements24 seeks a seasoned Senior Real Estate Project Manager to oversee major construction and development projects in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. You will lead from planning to handover, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and PM methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Control costs and manage vendor contracts and payments.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
