Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or mechanical systems within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
• Experience with P&IDs and process control systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing mechanical processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and reliability.
• Design, implement, and test modifications to mechanical systems and equipment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mechanical processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues impacting production.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
