You will work with production teams and management to redesign processes, document SOPs, and monitor outcomes, driving continuous optimization across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of process engineering experience focused on optimization and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
• Experience with SOPs and standard work documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows to identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Design and implement new processes, layouts, and systems to boost efficiency.
• Model changes using statistical analysis and simulation tools.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for implemented processes.
• Collaborate with production, management and other departments for smooth adoption.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and adjust for continuous optimization.
