Placements24 seeks a dynamic Process Engineer for their Rustenburg manufacturing operations. You will analyze workflows, optimize production processes, and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote analysis to maintain a strong connection to the production floor.

Collaborate with production, management and R&D to drive process improvements and ensure consistent quality in the North West region's industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of process simulation, SPC and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD software and process modeling tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot process issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and products.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance improvements.
