Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Experience with SPC, process optimization, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified processes to increase throughput.
• Utilize SPC and data analysis to monitor process performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts, training materials).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process validation.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues to ensure consistent product quality.
