Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or industrial mechanical roles.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, pumps, piping systems, and rotating equipment.
• Experience with process simulation and optimization software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication for hybrid collaboration.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing mechanical processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and performance.
• Design and implement modifications to machinery and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for critical mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on new process installations and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all process modifications.
