Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of SPC and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams in Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement new process technologies and methodologies.
• Design and conduct experiments to test and validate process changes.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and control plans.
• Monitor production performance metrics and report on key indicators.
