Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 4+ years in process improvement within manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Design and implement Lean Six Sigma driven process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to implement changes.
• Monitor ROI and sustain performance gains.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical support.
