Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct process validation and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for production staff on new or revised processes.
• Monitor KPIs for production processes and report on findings and recommendations.
