Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of practical experience in industrial/process engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Design and implement process modifications, new equipment integration, and workflow enhancements to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct time studies, ergonomic assessments, and capacity analyses to optimize production line performance.
• Develop and maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and quality control plans.
• Collaborate with production teams, maintenance, and management to ensure effective implementation and adoption of process changes.
• Analyze production data to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions.
