Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) for a hybrid role in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid search, paid social, and display campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROAS across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience (PPC, Paid Social, Display).
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Monitor spend, analyze data, and report on impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and assets.
• Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing of copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Stay up-to-date with paid media trends and platform updates.
• Assist in budget forecasting and allocation for paid media channels.
• Provide insights to improve overall digital marketing strategy.
• Work with broader marketing team to align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Contribute to discussions on customer acquisition and online growth.
