The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram advertising, and affiliate channels, plus strong analytics and A/B testing skills.

Formación

• Proven experience in performance marketing in e-commerce.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and others.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and ad creative development.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams to align assets with marketing goals.
• Explore and test new paid media channels and advertising tech.
• Analyze customer journey and funnel data to identify optimization opportunities.
