Qualifications

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping software.

Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Utilize lean manufacturing tools and techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish standard operating procedures and performance benchmarks.
Design and implement improved workstation layouts and material handling systems.
Collaborate with production teams and management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in all process improvements.
Document process changes and provide training to relevant personnel.
