The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and at least 4 years in industrial engineering with a strong focus on process improvement. Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, and Tableau is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process modifications using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Monitor process performance through data analysis and implement corrective actions.
