You will lead process design, implementation, and performance monitoring while collaborating with production teams to sustain safety and quality. A strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with lean tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding and practical application of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Experience with process analysis, workflow optimization, and time studies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools and techniques (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Develop and optimize SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct time studies and work measurement to improve productivity and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production performance using key metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Participate in the design and layout of production facilities and workstations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Train operational staff on new processes, tools, and efficiency techniques.
