Qualifications

• Experience as IT Support Technician or similar help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Office and common business software.
• Familiarity with routers, switches and firewalls.
• Certs such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certs are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to employees via phone, email or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including Wi-Fi, VPN and wired links.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches and security scans.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access in Active Directory.
• Document activities and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
