Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and business apps.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose issues, and document solutions.
• Assist with user account management (creation/modification/deletion).
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Help develop and maintain the IT knowledge base.
