Qualifications

• Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software.
• Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
