You will handle hardware, software, and network problems, install and configure systems, and document solutions for the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent; relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or in a similar IT support role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and helpdesk ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Provide training and technical assistance to users on IT systems and applications.
• Maintain accurate IT support documentation and knowledge base articles.
