Placements24 is seeking a focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our Pretoria IT support team. You will oversee day-to-day helpdesk operations, route tickets, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with IT technicians and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Helpdesk Administrator or IT Coordinator.
• Experience with Active Directory and user management.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT helpdesk, managing ticket queues and workflow.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls within various IT systems.
• Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and support requests.
• Generate reports on helpdesk performance, ticket volume, and resolution times.
• Coordinate with IT technicians and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding and set up IT equipment and access.
